International Student Applications

The GTU encourages international students to apply to the Master’s and Doctoral programs. 15% of our students are international, representing 20 countries from around the world. Religious Holidays

The Core Doctoral Faculty has agreed to schedule no consortial events on major religious holidays. Such holidays are listed on the Extended GTU Calendar, which also includes other holidays on which individual schools may close. Students wishing to observe major holidays of their religious tradition when classes are otherwise in session should make arrangements with the course instructor(s). Library/ID cards

The GTU issues a Photo ID card to students and faculty located in the Bay Area. This card is also your library card when checking out physical items. You do not need a library card to access online library resources, such as ebooks and databases. Your student ID number and a PIN (that you set up) will give you access. Cross-Registration Instructions: UCB

General Information Students must be in a degree program to cross-register for a UCB course. There is a non-negotiable limit of one UCB class per term, except for PhD students. The UCB course schedule is available at http://classes.berkeley.edu/search/class. Certificate or special students are not permitted to cross-register and cross-registration is only available during the Fall and Spring semesters.
