Deidre Nicole Green (Ph.D., Claremont Graduate University) is Assistant Professor of Latter-day Saint/Mormon Studies at the GTU, where she offers courses on Christian theology and philosophy of religion. Her research focuses on constructive feminist theology and philosophy of religion, drawing on the thought of Søren Kierkegaard to respond to contemporary issues in these disciplines. It brings me joy to explore Christian sources with my students, critically and compassionately and with an ecumenical spirit. In this pursuit, I wear two hats – that of a theologian and of a historian – held together with my feminist orientation. My specialty is Lutheran theology and history, interpreted with a twist!

Rita D. Sherma is founding Director and Associate Professor at the Center for Dharma Studies; Core Doctoral Faculty; Department Chair of Theology & Ethics; and Co-Chair of Sustainability 360 Initiative at GTU, Berkeley, CA.
