This summer, CARe is stepping back from our regular exhibition schedule to focus inwards on our own community - Graduate Theological Union students, faculty, and staff. We want to create an online showcase of the resilience all of us have shown in the last few months by gathering together reflections, photos, artwork, and more!
We want this online showcase to be fun and engaging, but most importantly, focused on YOU, the GTU community! In that spirit, let’s uplift one another by sharing from our lives off Holy Hill.
We have also created a special section, Black Lives Matter. This page offers a space for GTU community members to offer reflections, comments, poems, pictures, and other expressions related to the institutional racism in the United States which has been laid bare by the recent murders of David McAtee, George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, Ahmaud Arbery, and so many others, at the hands of the police.
How to participate:
Please send your pictures, videos, texts, etc. along with a brief description to care@gtu.edu
Please include your name and GTU affiliation.
