The Doug Adams Gallery is excited to bring together representatives from the five leading Master of Fine Arts programs in the Bay Area. The multi-media works on display deal with issues ranging from the transformation of the American female identity to the mass-suicide of members of the religious group, "Heaven's Gate." Through the media of ceramics, watercolor, collage, wood and ice, the artists explore the formation of belief and community, as well as the natural world and spiritual consciousness expressed through color and form.
