In this CLGS Jewish Queeries Series event, Rabbi Dr. Jay Michaelson will analyze the results of the election and offer possibilities for the next few months, as well as the long term implications for our community. The discussion will focus on practical, spiritual, and ethical directions each of us might consider for the future.

Jay Michaelson is an editor at the Ten Percent Happier meditation app, a contributor to the Daily Beast, and the author of eight books, including God vs. Gay? The Religious Case for Equality.

A frequent commentator on NPR, MSNBC, and many, many podcasts, Dr. Michaelson holds a PhD in Jewish Thought from Hebrew University, a JD from Yale Law School, and nondenominational rabbinic ordination.  Jay was a professional LGBTQ activist for ten years, and delivered the 2014 Boswell Lecture at CLGS.
