Opening Reception: Sacred Sounds & Left Coast Chamber Ensemble in Residence

Thursday, February 7th 2019, 5:00pm to 7:00pm
Doug Adams Gallery, 2465 Le Conte Avenue Berkeley, CA 94709

The Center for the Arts & Religion brings you a new partnership with local group, Left Coast Chamber Ensemble. As part of the group's residency in the Doug Adams Gallery, there will be a full program of new works and traditional masterpieces, running throughout the Spring semester. To complement the perfomative aspect, on display in the Doug Adams Gallery will be sacred music ephemera, taken from the archives of the GTU, DSPT and SFTS.

Watch our website and social media for updates on the packed schedule of events we have in store, and join us in kicking off this exciting new project on February 7. Stop by the gallery to hear live music, learn about fascinating ancient and contemporary artifacts collected from around the GTU consortium, and mingle with fellow art and music enthusiasts. Hope to see you then!

The Doug Adams Gallery is the primary exhibition space for the Center for the Arts & Religion at the Graduate Theological Union.
