John A. Coleman S.J. has been an associate pastor at Saint Ignatius Church since 2009.Previously, he taught at LMU as the Casassa Professor in Social Values from 1997-2009 and at JST from 1974-1997. he has also taught or lectured in Ireland, Belgium, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Australia. Coleman has authored or edited nineteen books. His writings have focused largely on areas connected to sociology of religion and also to social ethics. His most recent work has concentrated on issues of globalization.
