PANELISTS

*Fr. Brendan McGuire will address the crisis from the perspective of his own experience as a victim of clergy sexual abuse and as an administrative leader in the Diocese of San Jose.

*Psychologist Thomas Plante has written on the issue for decades and will explore causative factors and steps of reform.

*Theologian Sally Vance Trembath will address the topic of needed changes to the internal structures of the Catholic Church.

*Jesuit Kevin O’Brien, dean, SCU Jesuit School of Theology, will explore changes in seminaries and in ministry in the church.
