A JST and GTU alumna, Maureen Day, professor of Religion and Society at the Franciscan School of Theology and Research Fellow at the Center for Church Management at Villanova University, provides her expertise on young adults to the Church, co-authoring the USCCB report for the 2017 National Study of Catholic Campus Ministry.

A growing number of studies are examining Catholic young adults, reporting the same results: young adults are leaving in droves. However, when examined more closely, these studies offer a more interesting story than the “leaving in droves” narrative provides. This talk will explore the ways people are studying young adults, lift up important takeaways from these studies and distill a set of questions for crafting a ministry for Catholic millennials.
