GTU’s 5-Year Strategic Vision Webinar for GTU Rostered Faculty and Staff

Thursday, February 4th 2021, 10:00am
Online Event, 2400 Ridge Rd Berkeley, CA 94709

To attend, RSVP to Melissa Haddick at mhaddick@gtu.edu

Over the past seven months, a diverse group of GTU community members inclusive of students, faculty, staff, administrators, and trustees gathered to form a dedicated Strategic Planning Committee, tasked with shaping a bold future vision for the GTU. Working in close collaboration with Trium Group, a renowned San Francisco-based strategic consulting firm with expertise working in non-profit and higher education contexts, the Committee devoted countless hours to listening and learning from you — our community — about the GTU’s opportunities for growth, and paired these insights with deep research to develop a bold and innovative 5-Year Strategic Vision poised to guide the GTU’s evolution.

To share this vision, a series of webinars will be held for each of our constituencies (invitations with Zoom details forthcoming). Below, you will find a schedule. Please hold these times in your calendar if you wish to attend.

Thursday, February 4th, 10-11am – GTU Rostered Faculty and Staff
Friday, February 5th, 10-11am – GTU Council of Deans and Core Doctoral Faculty
Wednesday, February 10th, 11am-12pm – GTU Students

Webinars have been thoughtfully planned to allow for maximum possible attendance, and to allow sufficient time and attention to address questions of greatest interest to each group.

Following this series of presentations, all participants will be invited to provide feedback through an anonymous survey, as well as attend a Virtual Town Hall on Tuesday, March 2nd, from 3-4:30pm, to which all GTU community members across the consortium will be invited. With these efforts, we hope to provide adequate opportunity for constructive feedback and discussion about the GTU’s 5-Year Strategic Vision.
