Friday, February 16th 2018, 9:45am to 11:00am
Graduate Theological Union, 2400 Ridge Road Berkeley, CA 94709

Key to course development is the construction of concrete learning outcomes.  This workshop details ways of creating and revising student learning outcomes, tying them to assessable artifacts, and looking at other forms of knowledge in Bloom’s Taxonomy.  Insights from cognitive science will inform the discussion of UDL, including learning preferences, “+1 thinking,” and cognitive overload.

Monday, February 12 or Friday, February 16
