Please join us for a panel discussion on immigration sponsored by the American Baptist Seminary of the West (ABSW). Panelists include Rev. Pedro P Morataya, Rev. Dr. Rogelio Ovalle, and Rev. Dr. Allison Tanner. Rev. Dr. Horacio DeValle, coordinator of the ABSW Latinx Initiative, will facilitate the discussion.
Rev. Morataya serves as the Pastor at Primera Iglesia Presbiteriana Hispana in East Oakland and as Faith Leader at the Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity in Oakland. Rev. Dr. Ovalle serves as the Executive Pastor at The House Church and as Executive Director of Proezas Ministries in Visalia. Rev. Dr. Tanner serves as Pastor of Christian Formation at Lakeshore Ave. Baptist Church in Oakland, Council Member at Friends of Sebeel North America (FOSNA), Faith Leader at the Interfaith Movement for Human Integrity in Oakland, and Covener at Bay Area World without Walls.
