Consortial Registar's Office

The Consortial Registrar’s Office (CRO) of the GTU produces the course schedule for the whole consortium, the GTU directory and facilitates GTU’s relationship with UC-Berkeley, among other functions. Below are links to information on topics related to the CRO.



Basic Registration Information – contains information on how courses are listed at the GTU and the location of classrooms.

Course Schedule – a searchable schedule of all GTU courses.

Registration procedures – detailed information on early and general registration, restricted courses, and cross-registration at UCB and other schools.

Calendars – Academic and Extended calendars are available.

Downloadable forms – for doctoral and MA students including SRC and Transcript Request forms

Faculty forms – course scheduling forms

WebAdvisor - allows current students to register for classes, and drop and add courses during Early, General and Late registration, and also view their personal, business, financial aid, and academic information.  Faculty may check the status of course enrollment, post grades, and access student information.
